Does anyone know...?

who did this fabulous lesson based off of "The Old Guitarist?" by Picasso? It was a wonderful monochromatic painting lesson that had these great step-by-step directions... I thought I bookmarked/pinned it, but I can't find it : (.

Oh blogger, where art though? I really wanted to try it out with my kiddos- if anyone knows which blog I'm talking about, I'd be ever so grateful for some help :).

  1. Oh I know exactly the lesson you are talking about...I have a photo of it from a few years ago so it must have been one of the first art blogs...I will dig around and see if I can figure out who did it

  4. Oh boy... with a LOT of hunting, I ended up finding it on Artsonia, contacted the teacher, and found the lesson! No wonder I didn't have it bookmarked, it was a lesson I DOWNLOADED as a file!

Alright, thanks again for everyone who tried helping : ), stay tuned to see the results!

  5. I have seen a lot of Picasso inspired lessons with the guitar. The blog Dalismoustache did a lesson with quitars and I expanded on her lesson and made collage quitters with cool colors. Check out my blog and the lesson.
