Lil' Ladybugs

Materials:
- Red & Black Construction Paper
- Pencils
- Scissors
- Glue
- Circle Puncher (optional)
- Large Paper Plate (will be used as a tracer)
- Smaller Circle Tracer

1. Trace paper plate onto one sheet of black paper and one sheet of red paper.

2. Also trace smaller circle once onto black paper.

3. Cut out.

4. Fold red circle in half and cut down the fold. You should have two halves.

5. Glue so that the two red halves touch at corners but then split open.

6. Glue smaller black circle to represent head.

7. I had pre cut black circles for the students to glue on as their dots. You can also ask students to cut their own dots or even tear!
