Non-Objective Art Quiz

Materials:
- Tempera Paint
- Paintbrushes
- Water
- 12" x 18" White Drawing Paper
- 12" x 18" Construction Paper
- Scissors
- Glue

1. To begin, I told the students we were taking a review quiz. With black paint, the students were to paint:

•  4 different shapes
• 3 different lines
• 2 letters and
• 1 number

 

2. They were then asked to paint in a spot for each primary color and one spot for each secondary color.

3. When those dried, we cut into six squares and rearranged onto a new piece of background paper.
